چکیده

سیستم برنامه ریزی منابع سازمانی یک بسته نرم افزاری با کاربرد بسیار وسیع است که همه عملکردهای سازمان را در یک سیستم منفرد، یکپارچه می کند. به منظور پیاده کردن موفقیت آمیز یک پروژه ERP[i] در سازمان ضرورت ارزیابی آمادگی بکارگیری سیستم توصیه شده است. در این تحقیق با هدف ارزیابی آمادگی بکارگیری برنامه ریزی منابع سازمانی با تاکید بر عوامل حیاتی موفقیت در شرکت ایران خودرو دیزل با جامعه آماری  200 نفر انجام گرفته است. روش نمونه برداری در این تحقیق تصادفی ساده بوده که با بهره گرفتن از جدول مورگان کرجسی محاسبه شد. روش تحقیق مورد استفاده نیز توصیفی – پیمایشی بوده است که جمع آوری اطلاعات ثانویه با بهره گرفتن از مطالعه ادبیات تحقیق و داده های اولیه با بهره گرفتن از پرسشنامه جمع آوری شده است.  برای روایی از نظرات خبرگان، اساتید و پایایی ابزارتحقیق یعنی پرسشنامه از ضریب آلفای کرونباخ  استفاده شد. نتایج تحقیق نشان داد تمامی عوامل در وضعیت نامناسب قرار دارند. نیاز به بهبود و تقویت دارند.

Assessment for readiness of ERP organizational solution implementation based on critical success factors(CFS’s).(Case study : IRAN KHODRO DIESEL Co.)

Enterprise resource planning system is a software package with very large organization that integrates functions in a single system . In order to successfully implementation an ERP project in the organization , necessity of assessing  the readiness of the system is recommended.

This study has been done with assessing of implementation readiness of the ERP system aim emphasize critical satisfaction factors(CFS’s) with 200 pearsons as statistic population.

Method of sampling in this study was Simple random sampling  which was calculated using the table Krjsy Morgan.

The using method of study has been survey research and for gathering the secondary data using the research literature study and for primery data using the questionnaire.

For assessing validity of  the questionnaire was used opinions of experts, professors and for assessing reliability was used Cronbach’s alpha reliability coefficient.

The research results showed that all factors are in poor condition. There needs to be improved and strengthened.
